Anita is a native Central Oregonian. She has worked in a wide variety of businesses, attaining 28+ years of office experience and has been with Smart Sales Solutions® since September 2006.

In her spare time, Anita enjoys activities such as photography, kayaking, gardening and travel and spending time with family and friends.

She currently serves at her church in the children’s ministry.

Deb has 10 years of sales experience, as well as a background in broadcast news and writing for various media. Deb’s passion is communicating through writing, speaking and helping others maximize their potential. Deb lives in the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota.

Deb looks at every person as a unique reservoir of talent. She enjoys the challenge of unearthing those inherent abilities and adding new skills to the mix. The result is a happier and more effective professional who thrives on being their authentic self.

Deb has lived most of her life in Minnesota. She is married and has a stepdaughter and two lovely grandchildren. When not encouraging sales professionals to adopt behaviors that yield success, she is teaching youth at her church and spending time with her husband and grandchildren.

When Kim is not managing the financial books for Smart Sales Solutions and some of their key clients, she is busy as ”super mom” juggling the schedules and activities of her four beautiful children, ranging in age from 7 to 17.  In all of her spare moments (very little) she enjoys reading (peferably on a beach) and traveling.
